Exchanges & Returns

1. We accept returns & exchanges within 30 days. 

2. Gift cards and items marked as "Sale" or "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns or exchanges. 

3. For all exchanges, the package must be postmarked within 30 days and the package must arrive in our warehouse within 60 days.

4. Customers are responsible for ensuring that each package is sent via a shipping method which has tracking and insurance, to minimize any delays and losses.

5. Items must be in their original packaging, in unworn, unaltered and brand new condition. We reserve the right to reject any item that does not meet these requirements, and to reject any exchange requests if these requirements are not met. Your order # must be included with the return. 

6. Refunds will be made in the same method that payment was originally made. It will take up to 7 business days to process a refund, and may take up to 14 additional business days for the refund to be reflected in your bank statement.
